Chamber Property Initiative Committee
Exeter Chamber's Property Initiative Committee meets on a monthly basis to discuss, advise and lobby on the important property matters impacting on Exeter and the areas' businesses.
We are formal consultees on a number of local and regional issues, with recent topics including Exeter Employment Land Review, the Regional Spatial Strategy, and Transport and infrastructure planning.
Our meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 8.30am at Exeter City Council's offices, and normally include a presentation by an outside organisation on a topical subject for the group. Recent guest speakers have included representatives for the South West England Regional Development Agency, Devon & Cornwall Housing Society, Devon County Council and Exeter City Council.
Full Council member Mark Pellow of Vickery Holman, is the current chair, and would be happy to talk to any interested parties on its activities.
Over 50 Exeter businesses are active members of this Committee, presenting excellent networking and discussion opportunities with like-minded individuals.
