City centre car parking charges

Good news for retailers!

Following Exeter City Council's recent announcement that car parking charges would be increased by 5.5% the Chamber raised the concerns of retailers and other businesses within the City of such a large increase during these difficult economic times.  We are pleased to report that the City recognised our concerns  and the increases will now be significantly lower and Sunday car parking (in most city centre car parks) will be free of charge in the lead up to Christmas!
