HSE First Aid Training

East Devon Training provides sensibly priced, high quality HSE First Aid Courses (both one and three day), National Beach Lifeguard Qualifications and RYA Powerboat courses.

Although the home base is Sidford, East Devon Training provides courses within the Southwest for all shape and size of business from Leisure East Devon to the Met. Office or to Local fishermen.

Andy Phillips the owner and Principal of East Devon Training, has more than 26 years of lifeguarding experience on Devon's beaches and in swimming pools.

Instructing pool lifeguards, beach lifeguards and rescue boat operators has formed most of Andy's 26 years within local government. More recently, over the last twelve years, has been the Beach Safety Officer for East Devon District Council.

Andy insists that any trainers employed not only have National Trainer Qualifications within their subject but also have had at least five years of practical experience within their area of training.
