After each period of work, their grade and status is updated in line with their performance.Employers search online for people who match their requirements. Once selected, workers are offered work by text an email through the system. If the offer is accepted, the worker receives briefing by text and email. At the end of the week, an online timesheet is authorised by the employer which generates a BACS payment for the worker and invoice for the employer. 2) U-SELECT - Where vacancies can be advertised for a flat fee of only £495 + VAT. We source and forward candidates to you from the millions using the nation & local job boards we subscribe to, including Monster, Jobsite and Total Jobs (to name but a few).
