Exeter Business Dinner was big success

230 key business people attended Exeter Business Dinner on Friday 9^th October where Rt. Hon Baroness Elizabeth Butler-Sloss, Britain's former most senior woman high court judge, and Classic FM presenter Simon Bates joined Exeter Chamber as guest speakers.

The prestigious black-tie event, the highlight of Exeter's business year, was held at Sandy Park Conference Centre.

Exeter Chamber of Commerce donated £2,000 to the chosen charities of the guest speakers - ‘Have a Heart' and ‘Hospice Care'. 

Derek Phillips, Chairman of Exeter Chamber said, ‘The evening went extremely well and we thoroughly enjoyed both of the speeches. We were pleased to donate the money to two very worthwhile charities.'
