HERDA-SW is the Higher Education Regional Development Association for South West England. Our Higher Skills project allows companies in the region to access tailored higher level training in order to increase the skills of their workforce and improve their business offering. Graduates for Business aims to increase the uptake and impact of graduates working with business to enable more organisations to benefit from the increased productivity and innovation that skilled graduates can provide.  Our new Knowledge Escalator project builds on our members' capacity to work with business by providing targeted elements of business support around innovation and knowledge transfer.RELAYS is our Olympics project that will deliver an ambitious programme of linked cultural and sporting events that will inspire young people and communities throughout South West England.More details can be found at www.herda-sw.ac.uk and we have a free regional online recruitment service at www.gradsouthwest.com.
