Appointed in November 2010, Sara is pleased to represent the Exeter Business Community on a national and local level during Chamber's regular meetings with Exeter City Council, Devon County Council, the Bank of England and the City's MP, Ben Bradshaw.  Sara will continue to ensure that Exeter has a strong voice and by working with other Council Members work hard to keep Exeter successful and prosperous. 

With over 20 years of management experience and 14 years of media experience, Sara's career has seen her work in both leisure and media sectors in various management roles.  Her career highlights include managing events working with celebrities such as Chris Evans, Gina G, Bony M and Frank Bruno and more recently managing the re-brand in Exeter, Mid, East, Torbay and South Devon from Gemini FM to Heart.

Sara's current role, Managing Director of Heart and Gold DAB which is part of Global Radio, the UK's premier radio company, boasting No 1, 2 and 3 commercial radio brands in the UK with Heart, Classic FM and Galaxy respectively.
