Posted on: December 13th 2012
Section: Uncategorised

Exeter Chamber of Commerce and Industry reported the findings of the latest Exeter Business Survey for the quarter ending in December to the Bank of England on Thursday 13th December 2012.   The survey of 100 Chamber members is collated to identify the current economic conditions for Exeter and its sub-region.  This quarter’s survey shows a remarkable 85% of businesses reporting investment over the last quarter.  This is the highest figure for more than 10 years and demonstrates an underlying confidence in Exeter’s prospects as a great place to do business.

Derek Phillips, Vice President of Exeter Chamber said, “This is an amazing indication of the continued confidence in the Exeter business economy.”
