Extra serviced office space is now available in Exeter following the opening of a new business centre in Sowton.
The Sowton Technology & Business Centre has extended its influence on the Sowton Industrial Estate with the purchase of the next-door property.
Already ensconced in No 2 Capital Court, the company has purchased No 3 too and has already refurbished the building to create affordable, flexible office space for 80 desks offered at a convenient all-encompassing rate to include energy bills, business rates, receptionist and cleaning costs.
Helen Batson, Sowton Technology & Business Centre supervisor, said: “When the opportunity arose to purchase the next-door property, we felt this was too good to miss. The demand for serviced offices is still healthy, especially on Sowton with its excellent proximity to the M5, A38 and A30 the airport and routes into town.”
Just like the original neighbouring facility, No 3 has been redesigned to a high specification with particular attention paid to IT and connectivity services.
The new-look No 3 will officially welcome any interested parties and neighbouring guests with an open day on Wednesday, March 23. This event will include a visit from Exeter Chiefs player Henry Slade and members of the Exeter Chamber of Commerce and ExIST, who will be given a guided tour of the new facility and served drinks and snacks.
Mrs Batson added: “If anyone would like to join us for our opening event, they are most welcome. Please get in contact with me and I will add you to the guest list.”
Anyone interested in looking around No 3 should contact Mrs Batson by calling 01392 360360 or by emailing her at email@example.com.
