Saturday 27th August is the date set for this year's Season Launch Dinner, which this year will also be a celebration of Sandy Park's 10th anniversary.
The evening will include a look back at some of the best moments in Sandy Park's history, plus a preview of the new rugby season with the Exeter Chiefs and our special guest speaker David Flatman. This celebratory evening will also include a delicious three-course meal and live music from Charge!
Since retiring from professional rugby in 2012, David Flatman has carved out a successful media and commentary career. He co-presents ITV4’s Aviva Premiership highlights with Mark Durden-Smith and is often on BT Sport’s rugby coverage as a studio guest or commentator. Flatman was also part of ITV’s Rugby World Cup and 6 Nations team. He has also worked on the corporate circuit for a number of years and is a favourite for his quick wit and comic timing.
The Season Launch Dinner will also celebrate the work of the Exeter Foundation, presenting cheques to the designated charities working with the Foundation during the 2015-16 season.
