One of the biggest challenges new companies have is getting their products to market.  The Source trade show has a special area for Newcomers – new companies from the South West who have never done a trade show before – and has always been proud to play a part in introducing them to a wider audience.  Given the opportunity to introduce their products to potential customers, and pick up important new contracts, it's great to see them blossom, and to help them join the ranks of successful SW food businesses.  The Source show also connects them with distributors, who in their turn get the chance to add exciting new products to their ranges. Of course let’s not forget the Newcomers also give buyers the opportunity to get their hands on the latest, newest products before anyone else!

This year the Newcomers’ area will be sponsored by Diverse Fine Foods, and it would be hard to find a more perfectly suited sponsor.  Diverse deal with luxury, smaller brands to take them to market via high end food outlets.  When they select a product, they really get behind it, selling the provenance, individuality, concept, as well as the product itself.  They are also committed to bringing independent retailers the very best products available.  Where better than the Newcomers area to find unique quality artisan products, with stories behind the brands, to give those retailers an advantage over their competitors?  However Diverse are much more than a food distributor, they become a partner to all that they work with.  They offer unbeatable service and customer satisfaction, working in partnership with both suppliers and customers.  They have a modern, flexible approach to business and provide their customers with a reliable service based on their individual requirements.  They aim to make each brand a success for producers, customers and consumers.

Mark Wiltshire, Director of Diverse commented “We are delighted to sponsor the Newcomers area at The Source trade show. These emerging businesses are innovative and are the future of an exciting artisan food & drink industry in the UK. These are just the kinds of businesses that we want to work with and help bring their products to market”.

Mike Anderson, MD Hale Events added Not only are we delighted to have a sponsor for the Newcomers at The Source trade show in 2017, we are especially pleased that it is Diverse Fine Foods, who actively and positively support the emerging businesses that they deal with to help them grow and flourish.”

The Source trade show takes place the Westpoint Exhibition Centre in Exeter on the Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th of February 2017.  For more information about the show, to book a stand, or register to attend, please call 01934 733433, visit www.sourcetradeshow.co.uk, or follow @sourcefooddrink.  For more information about Diverse Fine Foods please visit www.diversefinefood.co.uk.
