This September, we are proud to be facilitating a troupe of adults with learning disabilities to perform in a Flashmob in central Exeter. The theme is #SeeMe #HearMe and it is an event to raise awareness of the additional support adults with learning disabilities need to access age-appropriate and enriching cultural opportunities in Exeter. We all have a right to culture. Being an active participant in cultural events has been proven to increase wellbeing and a sense of belonging within our communities. Our hope is that this campaign will inspire and inform local residents and cultural venues to do something proactive this coming year.
