National law firm Ashfords LLP has advised Form3, the flexible cloud-based platform for complete end-to-end Payments-as-a-Service for financial institutions, on its innovative partnership with Starling Bank, the first mobile-only bank to launch a current account in the UK.

Starling Bank is the 13th member of Faster Payments, and this strategic partnership will enable clients to make and receive faster payment cost-effectively, quickly and reliably via the cloud. Clients will benefit from the scalability and resilience of a high grade infrastructure combined with Faster Payments services all using the same modern API integrations used for payments.

Ashfords' Suzie Miles commented: “This partnership will transform the way in which people can use and access Faster Payments and payment services under a single contract as one service. We are delighted to have advised Form3 on their fantastic partnership with Starling Bank, which compliments both parties and we look forward to seeing the relationship develop.”
