Emily Angell, a Solicitor in Ashfords LLP's Family Team, has recently gained a Resolution Accreditation for Complex Financial Remedies.
Emily, who specialises in divorce and financial remedy cases, is now a Resolution Accredited Specialist Family Lawyer, with particular specialisms in Complex Financial Remedies 1 and 2.
A Resolution Specialist Accreditation recognises members who have demonstrated excellence in the practice of family law and in the areas in which they specialise.

Ashfords has also recently appointed Jayne Turner as a Partner in the firm's Family Team. Jayne has gained Resolution Accreditation as a specialist in complex financial remedies, and is one of only a handful of lawyers in Somerset and Devon who have been awarded the specialist accreditation for being an expert in pensions on divorce. Jayne has also been awarded Membership of the Law Society's Advanced Accreditation Scheme for her experience in complex asset cases, and is a qualified and active Collaborative Lawyer.
