Daisi is looking for new board members & a Chair of the Trustee Board (Voluntary Role)

Do you believe that artistic and cultural experience should be at the heart of young people's lives and learning?

Daisi is an arts education charity, which for the past 23 years has been dedicated to this belief. We work with a wide range of partners, professional artists and creative practitioners, and young people to bring our vision to life for all young people and communities. This is evidenced by our activities and projects which can be seen on Daisi's web site www.daisi.org.uk

Our current Chair leaves in July 2018 and we are looking for a new, dynamic Chair of the Trustee Board who is committed to our aims, who will lead and develop the Board, support the Director and the staff, and build on our on-going success through an exciting period of change, expansion and challenge.

Ideally you will have proven success in delivering sustainable organisational changeand the capacity to think strategically, together with good communication, interpersonal and ambassadorial skills. Knowledge of the arts and cultural sector and experience of dealing with issues facing the charitable sector would be an advantage.
