Lean Operations Support for Exeter Chamber Businesses
Posted on: September 6th 2018
Section: Member news

Business consultancy and operations specialists, South West Growth Service, are offering all Exeter Chamber members a compelling offer for training on lean operations.

Lean operations are essential for all organisations that are looking to scale up, removing wasteful activities that do not contribute to the customer experience or the bottom line. The introductory workshop is designed specifically for business owners, directors or managers who are looking to identify ways and approaches to introduce lean operations. The one day course is underpinned by active learning through the use of business simulations that are great fun and high impact, providing learning insights for all businesses and organisations, across all sectors.

Chris Lorimer of South West Growth Service said  “This training is highly interactive and gives the delegates the chance to work within realistic but challenging business scenarios. They come out of the training with new skills and insights that they are then able to implement within their own workplaces”.

The day training is offered to Chamber Members at a 25% discount.

Members should book via https://www.dbec.co.uk/training?event=54#.W4_4EFhFi2M.twitter or email chris@southwestgrowthservice.co.uk
