Ryanair has announced three new routes from Exeter Airport, to Malaga, Malta and Naples starting from April next year as part of its Summer 2019 schedule.

This will be the first time that Ryanair has operated from Exeter Airport and it is a significant vote of confidence in the airport’s continued growth, which has seen passenger numbers increase by more than 22% in the last five years.

Ryanair is predicting up to 80,000 customers from Exeter a year, which would mean the very real prospect of Exeter surpassing one million passengers next year.

To celebrate the new routes, Ryanair has launched a seat sale with fares available from just £34.99 for travel in April when booked before midnight on Thursday (13 September).
