Two of the oldest and most established legal firms in Devon are to merge in November.  WBW, who have offices in Newton Abbot, Exeter, Bovey Tracey, Torquay, Paignton and Launceston are to merge with Ford Simey who have offices in Exeter, Exmouth, Sidmouth and Honiton.

Announcing the merger, the Managing Partner of WBW – Steve Bulman – and Ford Simey – David Williams – stated that they were delighted with the news.  “We have talked about a merger for quite some time because we appreciate that the two firms are very complementary geographically; we have a very similar ethos and recognise that the combined firm will strengthen and enhance the legal services available to our clients”.

The merged firm will provide nine offices across the region with a total of 270 staff.
