The Making Tax Digital for VAT (MTDfV) deadline is getting closer. From 1 April 2019, all UK businesses with turnover above the £85,000 VAT threshold will need to keep records digitally and submit VAT returns to HMRC using MTD-compatible software. Over the coming months, we’ll be working with businesses to ensure that they are on the right track with the right software and ready for MTD.

Thompson Jenner LLP invites you to a FREE seminar:

Venue: At the Buckerell Lodge Hotel, The Garden Suite, Exeter, EX2 4SQ

Date: Tuesday 30th October 16.30 – 17.30.

Please book your place online at: Exeter Making Tax Digital for VAT Seminar

Join us for a free MTDfV seminar where we will tell you all you need to know about the upcoming changes and what steps you need to take to be compliant with digital reporting.

We have also invited accounting software specialists Xero to showcase their cloud accounting software solution. Xero currently have more than 300,000 subscribers across the UK and more than one million subscribers around the world. We are Xero Certified Advisers.

Our seminar will cover:

An overview of MTDfV

What this means for businesses

Xero presentation

How we can help you to be compliant

There will be refreshments on arrival and at the end of the seminar. Our MTDfV team of VAT, bookkeeping and cloud accounting specialists will be around at the end of the seminar to answer any questions you may have about your business requirements.

We strongly advise that you attend if MTDfV will be affecting your business. Places are limited so please book today to secure your place as soon as possible.

We are running a similar event in Exmouth on the 11th October 2018. Please contact us if you require any additional information.
