On behalf of London based private investors Stratton Creber Commercial have recently sold the freehold interest in 25 Cowick Street which is let to B B Estates – formerly Bower & Bower.

Simon Greenslade Director in the Exeter office confirmed “Cowick Street is a popular neighbourhood shopping district where we have seen an increase in rental levels over the past few years proving popular with investors looking to secure freehold property which enabled us to achieve in excess of £200,000 guide price reflecting a return of about 6¾%”

Simon added “the investment market is very healthy for vendors at the moment with strong demand from commercial property investors and limited stock.”
