BOUTIQUE RETAILER EXPANDS WITH EXETER ACQUISTION
Posted on: November 15th 2018

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Stratton Creber Commercial have let a shop in Exeter, back-to-back with the previous tenant’s occupation.

111-113 Fore Street formerly traded as Bunyip Craft and was marketed at a rent of £17,500 per annum. The new tenant, The Black Pearl, has decided to expand into Exeter, having traded in Falmouth for several years. The clothing boutique brings a new independent boutique to the eclectic mix of mostly independent retailers in Fore Street.

Jonathan Ling of Stratton Creber Commercial comments: “This shop attracted strong interest from a number of independent retailers in the short time for which it was marketed, and The Black Pearl moved so quickly that the new lease was able to commence as soon as the previous tenant’s lease term came to an end.”
