Businesses who are interested in the Knowledge Transfer Network are invited to a session by Hazel Biggs, Knowledge Transfer Network lead in Security and Defence,  on ‘Access to Funding and Finance’. She will cover the KTN’s strategies for assisting innovative companies through the application and raising of finance – lending, grants, or equity based.

Hazel will give a short overview of the KTN including their network reach, special interest groups and how they can support start-up’s. She will then move into a presentation on accessing funding and finance and the options available to start-up's.

Her team delivers the Venturefest and Pitchfest networks, and works with several early stage investors in preparing companies for investment.

Hazel will be available after the session to provide you with bespoke advice and guidance on successfully accessing funding and finance.

Tea and coffee will be available at this event. Free parking is available on site alongside the café.
