Daisi is looking for volunteers

The Daisi team are a lovely friendly bunch of people and this opportunity is about supporting us to become more sustainable longer term. We’re looking for resourceful, energetic, positive volunteers who can support us with a range of activities in 2019. We are looking at the roles being mainly office based, either ½ a day or one whole day a week.

These are the types of skills we are looking for:

Essential – professional and friendly communication skills, ability to use own initiative, organised and methodical, good team worker but also able to work independently, good writing skills, computer literate, honest and reliable, attention to detail, ability to plan and prioritise effectively.       

Desirable an interest in the arts, experience in a fundraising and/or office environment, experience of working in the charitable sector and experience of updating websites.

You will work with the Daisi team and these are the types of tasks you will be asked to help out with:

  • assisting with project research
  • supporting our fundraising project
  • support with organising and attending events
  • assist with other administrative activities
  • being a great ambassador and advocate for Daisi
