Peplows Chartered Accountants have relocated their office in Exeter, however, you don't need to worry about changing the postcode in your sat nav or getting out a map as they have conveniently moved to bigger offices within the same building.

The Devon firm desperately required more room to meet growing demand but were keen for clients to continue to benefit from the advantages that the current location delivers.

A recruitment drive over the last few years, to ensure that the professional, valuable and accessible service the that firm is committed to was maintained, had resulted in the Exeter team doubling in size and outgrowing the available office space.

As Paul Guest, Director responsible for the Exeter office commented "It's a great move for us after 16 years in the old office. We have more space, with capacity to support ongoing growth, and for our current clients we have more meeting rooms and even more parking spaces as we look to make our customer experience the most accessible around!"

A key driver for the move had been the above average increase in new clients operating in a range of business activities but most notably in the property sector. Debbie Franklin, Director of Tax, is a renowned expert in the property sector and continues to lead the team delivering tax savings and increased wealth to landlords.

The property team are seeing success not only locally but nationally with people in property far and wide drawn to Debbie’s ability to articulate the complex and ever-changing legislation in an easy to understand way.

The new office can be found on the first floor in units 3 & 4 of Cranmere Court, Lustleigh Close on Matford Business Park, Exeter.  Visit www.peplows.co.uk for more information on the firm and the services they provide or call 01392 223930.
