Dennis Venn FRICS MCIArb has bolstered his contribution to Vickery Holman’s Dispute Resolution Service since becoming an Adjudicator. Dennis has over 30 years of experience in building surveying and was, until recently, the Head of Building Surveying at Vickery Holman. His acknowledged expertise in party wall surveying, building disputes and contractual disputes has resulted in a growing requirement for him to act as an Independent Expert Witness, joining Vickery Holman’s established team of experts working across the South West, which also includes Nick Holman, Mark Pellow, Paul Matthews, Greg Oldrieve and Justin Armstrong.

As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Dennis is in demand to resolve complaints through adjudication. ‘Disputes can arise over a variety of matters including building defects, breach of a contract, boundaries or party walls. In these circumstances, independent experts are required to resolve disputes and help the interested parties reach agreement.’ Commented Dennis Venn.

Vickery Holman are the largest multi-disciplinary surveying firm in the South West with offices in Truro, Plymouth, Exeter and Bristol.
