A well-known landmark office building in Exeter is set to see a number of changes in the coming months.

Milford House, situated at the gateway to the Pynes Hill office campus and known for its contemporary design, was built in 2003 as the prestigious new home of Aviva in Exeter.  The building comprises a total of 45,000 square feet of Grade-A office space over three floors, with spacious lobbies and passenger lifts.  Since taking over the whole of the building, Aviva have sublet much of the office space, and occupiers now include Santander, BPA Quality and Babcock.

With the termination of Aviva’s lease in March, the landlord, Eagle One, has taken over the management of the building and proposes a programme of works in the coming months designed to refurbish and modernise the accommodation and make the building better suited to occupation by multiple tenants.

Office space on the ground floor of the building will shortly be refurbished and options ranging from 2,700 square feet to 10,600 square feet (250 to 985 square metres) are now being offered by way of new leases.
