Tribe is a not for profit initiative driven by Air Marketing Group in partnership with Exeter Live Better, Exeter City Council & Exeter Chamber of Commerce.
Our objective is to drive economic growth within Exeter by decreasing the amount of B2B trade that leaves the City.
With this at the forefront of our minds, it’s our mission to connect and encourage like-minded local businesses like yours, who are driven, resourceful and passionate about creating a thriving B2B economy within our increasingly innovative city.

Exeter is a dynamic and ever-growing city, full of innovation and industry leading businesses.
We want to further the growth of our city by showcasing Exeter based companies and the benefit of keeping business local. We hope that in turn this will positively impact the city’s B2B economy, create new jobs for local talent and build a thriving community of like-minded businesses.
Although we know that outsourcing business further afield can sometimes seem like the better option, we want to reduce the tendency for businesses to use suppliers outside of the city by providing easy access to cost effective local alternatives.
We aim to achieve this by partnering with local businesses who offer a service that our B2B community could be taking advantage of, encouraging local buying behaviour within the city.
There are already some amazing businesses who are supporting the growth of our City

Our survey aims to collect data from 5,000 Exeter businesses, analysing their buying behaviour, geographical spending habits and appetite for outsourcing locally.
Please note; by taking part in the survey, we do not require any specific or sensitive information, such as supplier details. Our only intention is to find out how many of your key suppliers are based locally.
Our definition of an Exeter based business is one whose success has a positive impact on the City of Exeter, more than any other City or Town.
The information drawn from this survey will provide a detailed report that will enable us to benchmark and support the changes needed to improve the B2B economy.
The report will be available for public review in January 2020.
Why should your business take part in the survey?
Our aim is to encourage local businesses to switch some, or all, of their outsourced suppliers to those that are based locally.
Assuming you have taken part in or completed our survey, and have expressed an interest in changing at least one of your suppliers to an Exeter provider, we will introduce you to some or our relevant Partners offering your desired service.
